At Certified Fighter, we stand by our mission — and our merchandise. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right. Please read our refund policy carefully for full details on how refunds and returns are handled.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items marked as final sale or for gift cards.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund, please email us at support@certifiedfighter.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for mailing the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done that and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@certifiedfighter.com.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
All discounted items labeled final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
